June Update – Jamestown Road

(Planning permission 2024/4953/P)

Following several key milestones achieved in May, including the completion of capping beams, the C3 attenuation tank, tower crane 2 base and the new sewer connection, works continue to progress well on site.

Basement and external drainage works are due to complete in June, with raft slab works progressing and basement liner walls now commencing. A new site welfare installation will also be put in place, alongside the erection of tower crane 2.

Dust, noise, vibration and ground monitoring remain in place throughout construction, with monthly reports issued to the London Borough of Camden. The next Construction Working Group meeting is expected to take place in the second week of June 2026.
