Following several key milestones achieved in July, including the completion of the basement waterproofing, raft slab and external drainage works, construction continues to progress well on site. Basement liner walls and vertical structures remain underway, while the first section of the PBSA ground slab has now been poured and ground floor columns are beginning to emerge above street level.
The ground floor slab is due to complete in August, with Level 1 and Level 2 slab works progressing across the site in the coming weeks as construction continues to move forward.
Dust, noise, vibration and ground monitoring remain in place throughout construction, with monthly reports issued to the London Borough of Camden. The next Construction Working Group meeting is scheduled to take place on 4 August 2026.
