Piling works have now commenced following the installation of the pile mat, marking a key milestone for the project. Demolition of the existing basement and car park is nearing completion.
Dust, noise, vibration and ground monitoring remain in place to ensure works stay within agreed limits. The next Construction Working Group meeting is scheduled for the third week of March 2026.
