Regal by Arada has taken possession of the site, with scaffold erection, asbestos removal and soft-strip demolition now complete, and dust, noise and vibration monitoring in place during ongoing works.
We are preparing for the next public consultation on the Construction Management Plan later this quarter, following the distribution of TTRO notices and the first meeting of the Construction Working Group.
