Basement demolition and enabling works have commenced following the completion of hard demolition to ground level. Site hoarding has now been installed along Jamestown Road.
Monitoring for dust, noise, vibration and ground movement remains in place to ensure works stay within agreed limits. These works will continue throughout February.
The next Construction Working Group meeting is expected to take place later in February 2026.
