Hard demolition is now underway on site, with scaffold erection continuing around 31 Jamestown Road. Dust, noise, vibration and ground monitoring remain in place to ensure works stay within acceptable levels.
We are preparing for the second Construction Working Group meeting in mid-December, following recent community feedback and agreed adjustments with Camden Council.
