Following several key milestones achieved in June, including the completion of basement drainage works, the erection of tower crane 2, the installation of new welfare cabins and the commencement of the basement raft slab, liner walls and vertical structures, works continue to progress well on site.
Basement waterproofing, basement slab and liner wall works are due to complete in July, with ground floor slab and vertical structure works commencing. External drainage works are also scheduled for completion as construction progresses.
Dust, noise, vibration and ground monitoring remain in place throughout construction, with monthly reports issued to the London Borough of Camden. The next Construction Working Group meeting is expected to take place in the first week of August 2026.
