The latest Construction Working Group meeting provided an update on recent progress at Jamestown Road, including piling works nearing completion and the successful erection of Tower Crane 1. Low level capping beam and groundwork activities are also ongoing across the site. Site hoarding and the Jamestown Road loading bay are now in place.
Upcoming works will include progressing the high level capping beam, beginning the new sewer connection and starting basement excavation and waterproofing works.
Dust, noise and vibration monitoring continue throughout the construction process, with regular monitoring remaining in place on site.
