In May, we will complete the capping beam and external drainage works. Reduce dig works will continue moving to the south side, while the new basement drainage and waterproofing works begin.
Last month saw Arada London achieve several project milestones, including completion of the piling works, the tower crane erection and the attenuation tank to the PBSA courtyard. New sewer connection works and groundworks are ongoing. Dust, noise, vibration and ground monitoring sensors are in place to monitor construction works to ensure the acceptable levels are not exceeded. A monthly report is being issued to London Borough of Camden. This is also displayed on the site notice board.
