Groundworks have now commenced following the completion of demolition and the pile mat installation, marking a key milestone for the project. Piling works have progressed well, supported by a second CFA rig.
The Jamestown Road pit lane is now in place to support site logistics. Upcoming works include tower crane installation and a new sewer connection, which will be carried out within the site boundary.
Dust, noise, vibration and ground monitoring remain in place, with the next Construction Working Group meeting scheduled for the second week of April 2026.
