Hard demolition has progressed to ground level along Jamestown Road, with scaffolding now removed. Monitoring for dust, noise, vibration and ground movement remains in place to ensure works stay within agreed limits. Basement demolition, enabling works and site hoarding installation are scheduled for January, with the next Construction Working Group meeting expected in February 2026.
